Installation & Use at Your Own Risk
Installation and use are at your own risk. We recommend professional installation (e.g. by a specialist workshop) and regular visual and functional inspections (screw connections, cracks, deformations, corrosion). If any anomalies are found, the product must not be used further.

Liability
We are not liable for property or financial damages caused by improper installation, incorrect operation, overloading, misuse, changes/modifications, accident, insufficient maintenance or disregard of instructions.
A limitation of liability does not apply to damages based on intent or gross negligence; liability for personal injury and mandatory statutory liabilities also remains unaffected.

Safety Notice: Side Stand / Load Limits

The side stand is structurally designed to only bear the load of the parked motorcycle (intended use).

Not Permissible / Misuse
The side stand may not be used as:

  • Footrest or "climbing aid" (load by persons),
  • Support during maintenance work if this causes additional transverse/impact loads,
  • Lever/jacking aid or as an anchor point for pulling/pushing.

Exclusion in Case of Incorrect Loading
Damages or injuries caused by loading by persons or other improper/excessive loading (e.g. sitting on the motorcycle with the side stand extended, jerky movements, sideways "falling into") are considered not to be intended use; we accept no liability for this and no warranty for resulting consequential damages.

Note on Warranty

Statutory warranty rights of consumers remain unaffected and are not restricted by these notes.

Note on Determining Side Stand Length (Model Assignment & Influencing Factors)
Our side stand lengths are determined to the best of our knowledge and belief based on the respective motorcycle models and experience. However, since motorcycles are individually adjusted and sometimes converted, it can happen that your motorcycle does not stand at the exact desired angle despite correct model assignment.

Possible influencing factors include, in particular:

  • Chassis adjustment (spring preload, damping, sag, lowering/raising)
  • Tires (dimensions, tread condition/wear, air pressure)
  • Conversions (e.g., modified rim/wheel sizes, especially for supermoto conversions)

If the side stand does not fit optimally:
Please contact us and send us photos:

  1. Motorcycle on the side stand – complete side and rear view
  2. Front/rear wheel with recognizable dimension/rim size
  3. Optional: Photo of chassis components/information on lowering or settings

Based on this information, we can determine the appropriate side stand length for your motorcycle and offer a suitable solution/exchange.

Costs/shipping for exchange:
The exchange includes only the shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.

Our personal tip: If you already know in advance that your motorcycle no longer corresponds to the "factory settings" and dimensions in any way, you can contact us and we will adjust the side stand length to your motorcycle.
